We don’t have a fancy call centre based outside of the UK. Based in Wick, Caithness, we cover all of the Highlands. Most of our work can be, and is, done remotely so the area that we can cover effectively, is very large. However this large area of coverage does not stop us responding quickly when required at your site.

We deal with all of our customers on a personal basis which allows us to build up a good working relationship. Our goal is for you to look at us not as an external company, but as a business partner who is there when you need us - your own virtual IT department.

When we start to resolve any problem we use the first hour to identify the problem and determine a solution. If the problem is not resolved by the end of this first hour, we will agree a fixed cost with you to fully resolve the problem.
