AOL In Hot Water For Bundled AV Software

AOL is again in hot water this week after it’s newly released Active Virus Shield anti-virus software has an open-ended End User Licence Agreement that authorises AOL to gather and share data on how the software is being used and permits AOL and its affiliates to send e-mail to users.
