Here is what I promise to deliver if you choose Blue Ivy Ltd to service your computer, servers or company network:

1. When you call me with a computer problem, I guarantee that your phone call will be either answered immediately or returned within 60 minutes or less.
2. You should not have to wait around all day for me to arrive. I understand how important your computer is to you; that is why I visit you at your home or office at an agreed time that is convenient to YOU.
3. You should expect to receive a quick diagnosis of any problem you have. If your problem needs investigation, I guarantee that I will have a diagnosis for you within 60 minutes or I will take the machine to my office for further investigation and provide you with a temporary replacement if you require one.
4. You should only accept the best quality parts in your computer; that is why any replacement parts or upgrades that I fit to your computer will be quality branded parts which are generally of a higher quality then the original parts used when your computer was constructed.
5. You deserve to get answers to your questions in PLAIN ENGLISH. I will not talk down to you or make you feel stupid because you don’t understand computer jargon.
6. You deserve complete satisfaction with my products and services. I will do whatever it takes to make you happy. No hassles, no problems.
7. You should EXPECT that no damage will be done to your machine or your data. Before I start working on your computer or network, I will evaluate your problem and alert you to any potential risks involved in fulfilling your job. If there are any risks, they will be explained in full, and your authorisation and agreement will be obtained before the work commences. You can also choose to have your data backed up before I start any work on your machine.
8. Your personal and business files are safe with me. I will never unnecessarily read or copy your information and will never divulge any information, other than to comply with the law. With clients like banks, doctors, accountants and solicitors you can trust me NEVER to pry into your affairs.
